Mar'TEE'ni Dreams is a newly renovated, private vacation home featuring two master suites and sleeping up to 8. Ideal for both families and couples, it has indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a NEW mosaic tile pool and Jacuzzi spa, set in desert landscaping. Have your morning cup of coffee on the covered lanai. Or make a cocktail at our Mar'TEE'ni Bar. The back yard also features plenty of seating for dining and lounging along with a gas BBQ, but you can also walk to The River or drive five minutes to El Paseo for strolling, dining and shopping. This is the perfect desert location, near Bob Hope Drive and Hwy. 111 in Rancho Mirage.

Inside find a den for private relaxing and napping -- or a great place to send the kids while the adults visit in the living room around the beautiful rock faced fireplace outfitted with fire and ice, perhaps watching a movie on the flat screen plasma television.

We have a formal dining room set that seats up to 8, along with a breakfast room overlooking the pool patio. A well equipped kitchen features stainless and black appliances, Cuisinart food processor, blender, toaster, coffee maker, popcorn maker, dual convection and standard oven, and microwave, with custom lighting and new tile floor.

Time for bed? We have two suites with attached bath and walk-in closets. The master is elegantly appointed with a Tommy Bahama king bed, and the large bath features private shower, separate jetted tub, water closet and dual vanities. The remaining bedrooms have queen beds, including the den which has a queen sleep sofa.
